Product Owner (IoT): Owning and prioritizing a Scrum team backlog for workforce compliance solutions in the logistics industry with an accent on translating business requirements into user stories and aligning features with commercial value. Focus on leading Agile ceremonies, coordinating sprint delivery, tracking customer adoption, and solving complex compliance challenges across driver and back-office workflows.
Location: Belgium, with regular travel to the office in Villeneuve, France and occasional travel within EMEA of up to 20%.

What you will do
- Own and prioritize the Scrum team backlog, linking features to commercial goals and business value.
- Translate roadmap objectives and business requirements into clear user stories for engineering squads.
- Plan and lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Guide sprint execution and release readiness, including documentation and internal communications.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, attend customer boards, and lead product demonstrations.
- Track product metrics and customer adoption to improve driver and back-office workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in a software or SaaS environment.
- Strong Agile expertise in backlog management, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
- Experience or strong interest in workforce compliance, pre-payroll, reporting processes, or tachograph regulations in logistics.
- Fluent English and French, written and spoken, are mandatory.
- A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA and regularly attend the Villeneuve, France office.
Nice to have
- Good working knowledge of Dutch.
- Experience with workforce compliance, payroll-related processes, reporting, or tachograph regulations in logistics.
