Integrations Product Owner (Logistics)

What you will do

• Develop and execute integration strategies connecting the Transport Management Platform with third-party systems.
• Own the integration lifecycle from intake and discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, commercial teams, customers, and external partners.
• Gather requirements and translate them into clear scopes, priorities, estimates, and timelines.
• Monitor adoption, go-to-market performance, and customer feedback while identifying new partners and scalability opportunities.
• Define operational readiness requirements, including configuration, validation, documentation, supported use cases, limitations, and handover.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, particularly with integrations or API-driven products.
• Technical understanding of APIs, JSON, XML, data exchange formats, and system interoperability.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
• Strategic and critical thinking about product decisions and their business impact.
• Interest in the transportation industry and more efficient, sustainable logistics.
