Senior Consultant in Energy and Utilities

Location: Brussels, Belgium; temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments for energy and utilities clients.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops.
• Map business processes and prepare functional specifications.
• Support teams by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to knowledge development through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
• 3–6 years of consulting experience.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is mandatory.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and data- and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad.
