What you will do

• Contribute to AI strategies, operating models, and transformation approaches for client projects.
• Support the creation of proposals, management presentations, concept documents, and decision-making materials.
• Research AI market trends, technologies, and best practices, then present findings in a structured way.
• Co-create AI-powered consulting workflows to make delivery faster, smarter, and more effective.
• Conduct analyses, structure complex issues, and gradually take ownership of individual work packages.
• Support consultants in developing innovative AI solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced studies, ideally at Master's level, in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Analytics and Data Science, or a comparable field.
• Strong interest in generative AI, current AI technologies, strategy, organisational development, and AI transformation.
• Regular practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Structured, analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
• Confident use of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent German and English required; availability for at least six months.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, embeddings, or AI solution integration.
• Practical experience with AI workflows, automations, or AI agents using tools such as n8n, Make, Langflow, or the OpenAI API.
