What you will do

• Support business development efforts and internal practice projects.
• Monitor European-wide deal activity to identify new opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive research using financial and deal databases.
• Assist the analyst team with financial analysis and financial modelling tasks.
• Handle organizational tasks, including the coordination of events and meetings.

Requirements

• Must be an enrolled university student in Germany pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Financial Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, and post-merger integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or working student experience in corporate finance, M&A, or private equity.
• Experience working with professional financial or deal databases.
• Proficiency in German.
