Working Student / Werkstudent (f/m/d) - Consulting in Fintech

Location: Hybrid in Bad Homburg, Germany; part-time, up to 20 hours per week, starting 1 September 2026 for one year.

An established financial technology provider delivering integrated investment management solutions to investment and asset managers as part of a major European financial group.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the data quality of Consulting opportunities and projects in Salesforce, Zimit, and Workday.
• Maintain forward load reports and support reporting activities.
• Assist with invoicing, planning, forecasting, utilization, and capacity management.
• Provide administrative support for documentation and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Consulting colleagues across Central Europe and intercultural teams.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a master’s degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
• Good written and spoken English required; German is beneficial.
• Practical experience with data, reports, or administrative tasks is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Very good analytical skills and an accurate, autonomous, self-responsible working style.
• Willingness to learn tools such as Salesforce, Zimit, and Workday.

Nice to have

• Previous experience supporting reporting, planning, or data administration.
• Knowledge of German.
