Working Student (Corporate Development)

What you will do

• Conduct autonomous analyses, including company profiling, market studies, and multiple benchmarks.
• Support target search projects and commercial due diligence processes.
• Build AI-powered solutions to streamline internal analyses and scale the team's output.
• Collaborate with a virtual team spanning the US and Germany.

Requirements

• Currently a student in an advanced semester (at least 2 years of university completed) in a business-oriented program.
• Academic performance in the top 10% of the class.
• Practical experience in management consultancy, private equity, or investment banking.
• Business-fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for M&A and new technologies.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building practical AI solutions (e.g., agentic workflows with Claude Code or n8n).
