What you will do

• Provide professional operational support across workplace and facilities services.
• Help create a welcoming, safe and productive environment for colleagues, visitors and partners.
• Manage day-to-day workplace activities and ensure office services run smoothly.
• Build positive relationships across the business and support shared team goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes, services and technology.

Requirements

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Initiative, independent problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to change.
