Workplace & Engagement Lead

Location: Must be based in Berlin, with regular time in one of the company hubs and travel across locations for workshops, customer meetings, and company offsites.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end workplace experience for hubs and pads in Berlin, London, Amsterdam, New York, and San Francisco.
• Manage facilities, food, and other vendors while balancing quality, cost, and employee experience.
• Design and scale processes for bookings, access, inventory, and workplace technology.
• Partner with People Operations and the Founders Office on in-person work within a remote-flexible model.
• Plan community gatherings, milestone celebrations, company-wide offsites, and executive meetings.
• Influence workplace strategy while championing sustainability, accessibility, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations or employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and small-scale projects.
• Strong hospitality instincts, attention to detail, and a service mindset.
• Organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating with high ownership and ambiguity.
• Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication.
• Based in Berlin, open to travel, and comfortable working outside regular nine-to-five hours.
