Experienced ASIC Analog Design Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Design complex transistor-level analog and mixed-signal circuits for automotive applications.
• Define and implement BCD analog blocks, including SMPSs, LDOs, gate drivers, charge pumps, sensor interfaces, and protection circuits.
• Translate system requirements into block-level design targets and clarify specifications with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with digital design, layout, verification, and test teams on chip integration.
• Drive analog-on-top and chip-level integration through schematic consistency, simulations, and interface alignment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the analog design team.

Requirements

• Academic degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or a comparable field.
• Expert experience in analog or mixed-signal high-voltage and high-power ASIC design for the automotive domain.
• Long-term experience with analog-on-top simulation environments and mixed-signal verification.
• Strong knowledge of BCD technologies, analog circuit theory, and physical layout considerations.
• Proven tape-out and successful silicon validation experience, with knowledge of functional safety and reliability engineering.
• Very good written and spoken English is required.

• Exposure to EMC/ESD design and robustness testing.
• Familiarity with automotive-grade design constraints and qualification processes.
