Senior ASIC Test Manager

Location: Regensburg region, Germany; hybrid and cross-border mobile work are available.

What you will do

• Define, develop, and maintain ATE test programs for wafer test and final test.
• Architect scalable ATE test concepts and test flows in cooperation with design, DFT, and product engineering teams.
• Debug hardware and software test issues, improve test stability, and support production ramp-up, safelaunch, and sustaining activities.
• Own validation strategies for test functionalities, including verification approaches and cross-platform consistency.
• Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature conditions and correlate bench, system-level, and ATE results.
• Release test solutions to manufacturing and maintain documentation and production test quality.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in ASIC test engineering.
• Advanced experience with ATE test development, program architecture, and DFT strategy and implementation.
• Experience testing complex analog, mixed-signal, and digital ASICs, including yield analysis, test optimization, and product ramp-up.
• Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design and simulation, digital verification, semiconductor manufacturing, test flows, and failure analysis.
• Very good English language skills, written and spoken, are required. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, mentoring, and ownership skills are expected.
