Salary: $170,000–$230,000 annually, plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead proof-of-concepts, demos, and presentations for hirify.global reserving solutions.
• Guide the reserving product roadmap by reviewing workflows, designs, and industry requirements.
• Lead client training, implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support for Arius and ReservingOne.
• Represent client needs internally and collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Present at industry conferences and webinars to support insurance reserving thought leadership.
• Support consulting and technology partners with training and delivery for shared clients.

Requirements

• ACAS or FCAS credentials.
• At least 5 years of P&C reserving experience in an actuarial or consulting environment.
• At least 1 year of experience with Arius or ResQ reserving solutions.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise P&C reserving practices, insurance finance, actuarial calculations, and reserve reporting.
• Experience using or building actuarial solutions, leading software implementations, and managing projects across management, IT, and analyst teams.
• Native-level English fluency and willingness to travel approximately five working days per month are required.
