Communications Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

Salary: $100,100–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Plan, write, and produce internal communications that engage associates and strengthen connection to the brand.
• Develop executive communications, including talking points, emails, LinkedIn content, video scripts, and presentations.
• Create communication plans, leadership messaging, intranet articles, and associate-facing campaigns.
• Partner with functional leaders and business stakeholders to define objectives and deliver communication strategies.
• Track communication performance metrics, gather feedback, and adjust plans based on results.
• Support technology-related communications and executive social media initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to build and drive consultative relationships with leaders and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Expertise in corporate communication programs and channels, including developing, executing, and measuring strategic communications programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
