Communications Project Manager

Salary: $95,500–$103,200

What you will do

• Perform change impact analyses and stakeholder analyses to assess readiness and ensure engagement.
• Develop and execute change management, communication, and stakeholder plans.
• Create internal marketing collateral like newsletters, emails, presentations, and sponsor talking points.
• Facilitate adoption by addressing resistance, managing expectations, and communicating updates.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of initiatives, recommend improvements, and leverage data insights.
• Partner with communications teams and drive stakeholder management as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years in change management or organizational development
• Bachelor’s degree minimum
• Proven ability to develop and execute change and communication strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of change management frameworks
• Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to work in fast-paced, global environment managing multiple timelines

Nice to have

• Experience using Adobe suite
• PROSCI or other change management certification
• Metrics-driven approach to strategy and effectiveness
