Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead a “Zero and Beyond” safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production targets while optimizing cost and throughput.
• Manage material flow and resolve factory bottlenecks to maximize inventory efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 6S methodologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve productivity and reduce scrap.
• Lead, develop, and manage performance for teams in alignment with labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leadership and management in manufacturing.
• Strong background in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Experience leading large-scale projects in operations, safety, or quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in extrusion or cable manufacturing processes.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems, specifically SAP.
