What you will do

• Record and allocate accounting transactions and reconcile bank statements.
• Support accounts payable and payment operations using Ramp.
• Assist with month-end closing and maintain records in QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare basic financial reports and participate in payroll preparation.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters.

Requirements

• College or university education in accounting.
• Practical experience with QuickBooks Online and Ramp.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Previous experience working remotely.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in finance and accounting.
