What you will do

• Support payroll processing, employee payroll inquiries, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor invoices, accounts payable workflows, and payment operations.
• Support billing accuracy, collections, customer relationships, and cash flow optimization.
• Prepare reconciliations, maintain financial records, and assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Improve financial processes and controls, support audits, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Experience in one or more finance and accounting disciplines, such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, financial operations, or reporting.
• Commitment to accurate, reliable, high-quality financial work.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• Clear and professional communication of financial information.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States.
