What you will do

• Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in daily activities.
• Oversee cash and payroll functions, including domestic and international bank reconciliations.
• Review and approve cross-company journal entries across various currencies.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to resolve unknown deposits and manage customer refunds.
• Manage the accounting side of credit card processes and reconciliations.
• Support acquisition-related system integrations and facilitate annual external audits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience supervising a team and developing staff.
• Proficiency with multiple subsidiaries and foreign currency transactions.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Operational experience with major accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA certification is preferred.
