Staff Accountant

What you will do

• Record and maintain accounting transactions, preparing journal entries for the monthly close process.
• Reconcile assigned balance sheet and general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, and manage payment preparation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and assist with financial reporting.
• Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audit activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, and U.S. GAAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous professional accounting experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is required.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting processes.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as Ramp, HubSpot, or similar software.
• General experience with various ERP and accounting software.
