Team Manager - Partner Success DACH

What you will do

• Lead the DACH Partner Success team and execute local strategies aligned with regional plans.
• Own country budgets, operational performance, and resource allocation across implementation, customer orders, and support.
• Optimize end-to-end delivery workflows, including Order-to-Invoice processes, for local market requirements.
• Transition legacy local platforms to unified global systems while balancing scalability and local needs.
• Coordinate daily operations, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate complex cross-functional issues.
• Develop team capability through onboarding, training, feedback, performance reviews, and compensation planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams in operations management, project management, or partner/customer success.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or mobility environment.
• Proven experience with performance reviews, compensation planning, and recruiting.
• Strong background in delivery workflow optimization and transitions from local systems to global platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience building KPI dashboards for data-driven decisions and transparent service levels.
• Native/C2 German and C1 English required.
