What you will do

• Forge and maintain enduring B2B relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
• Lead the delivery of complex services and represent hirify.global activities within specialized practice areas.
• Manage customer governance and the financial prosperity (P&L) of directly managed engagements.
• Collaborate with high-performing cross-functional teams to integrate multiple service areas into seamless customer solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to recognize business needs and drive revenue-expanding wins.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project and/or service delivery.
• Experience managing and governing large multi-year B2B service contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with the ability to manage a large contract P&L.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across a large organization.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Athens, Greece.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, and/or Six Sigma.
• Proven track record of successful long-term customer relationship management.
