Senior Technical Business Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the discovery phase of third-party integrations from initial business requests to implementation-ready specifications.
• Analyze integration opportunities, business value, technical feasibility, dependencies, and impact on the platform.
• Research APIs and technical documentation to define suitable integration approaches.
• Collect, validate, and formalize requirements, including functional specifications, task definitions, and Definition of Done.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, business development, engineering, support, architects, developers, QA, and external partners.
• Support prioritization and improve documentation standards for technical discoveries and integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar technology role.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience writing technical documentation, functional specifications, CJMs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, authentication methods, webhooks, client-server architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and participating in solution architecture discussions.
• Upper Intermediate English or higher, with strong stakeholder communication and independent work skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics, metrics, data-informed decisions, or A/B testing.
• Experience with payment gateways, fintech, fiscalization, invoicing, or financial systems.
• Experience designing high-load, scalable, multi-user solutions or working with backend systems and API design.
• Experience with ride-hailing, mobility, or marketplace products.
• Knowledge of GDPR.
