Senior IT Business Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid (Birmingham, UK) - 3 days per week in the office

Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 per annum

What you will do

• Design and build products by translating client requirements into structured system solutions.
• Configure product logic, including rating models, underwriting rules, data capture journeys, and policy outputs.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process from initial build through testing to final launch.
• Analyze and enhance live products to support the full policy lifecycle.
• Advise clients on best practices and system optimizations.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, preferably with platform exposure or as a client-facing Business Analyst.
• Proven ability to combine business analysis with hands-on configuration and problem-solving.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
• Must be able to work from the Birmingham office 3 days per week.
