Senior IT Business Analyst

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to identify, elicit, and document business and technical requirements.
• Act as the primary contact between business stakeholders and IT development teams.
• Create solution designs, models, diagrams, and documentation aligned with technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Analyze data model impacts and document integration requirements for other IT systems.
• Support unit and integration testing by preparing use cases and testing interfaces with tools such as Postman.
• Contribute to solution customization, delivery, and end-user training for SaaS or package-based solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in IT business analysis, requirements elicitation, scope management, and solution proposition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, and interface testing, including Postman.
• Ability to build business and technical blueprints and document system, data, and integration impacts.
• Experience maintaining, optimizing, and improving client applications and systems.
• Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and SaaS or package-based solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with client benefits platforms, retail, card management systems, or payments.
• Dedicated IT business analyst training.
• Certification in a SaaS or package-based solution and relevant methodology.
