Sr. Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote based in the United States

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead requirements elicitation workshops, interviews, and working sessions with customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment on business goals, pain points, constraints, success criteria, and solution decisions.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, assumptions, dependencies, process flows, and user stories.
• Configure enterprise software according to approved requirements and hirify.global best practices.
• Coordinate technical, data, integration, and project management dependencies, risks, scope, and change control.
• Support UAT planning, defect resolution, configuration validation, and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder facilitation on complex implementation projects.
• Experience creating current-state and future-state business process flows to support solution design and stakeholder alignment.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software based on discovery requirements.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams and documenting requirements through process models, use cases, or user stories.
• Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.
• Experience working within defined project scopes and supporting change control in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder delivery environments.

Nice to have

• Professional services or consulting experience, including Big Five consulting experience.
• Government or public-sector domain expertise.
• Experience mentoring or coaching consultants on facilitation, documentation, and customer engagement.
• Experience documenting cross-functional workflows for technical design and integration planning.
