What you will do

• Define the business analysis approach and align project direction with business goals.
• Lead analysis across large, complex IT projects and multiple parallel delivery streams.
• Co-create delivery plans and roadmaps while balancing priorities and operational constraints.
• Represent project teams with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and validate business needs.
• Collaborate with UX designers, architects, developers, and business teams to shape technically feasible solutions.
• Manage dependencies, requirement consistency, analytical complexity, and conflicts across modules and workstreams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner on complex IT projects across multiple industries.
• Experience with agile, hybrid, or other adaptable delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, leadership, and ownership skills.
• Solid technical understanding and the ability to work effectively with developers and business teams.
• Strategic, independent, goal-oriented approach in dynamic project environments.
• Fluent English and the right to work in the European Union are required. Practical experience with AI-powered assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot Chat is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience applying GenAI through structured SDLC workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-supported analysis, documentation, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to adapt to industry-specific processes.
