Staff Product Manager - Growth

What you will do

• Lead a senior product squad, prioritize strategic initiatives, and connect product decisions with business growth.
• Own OKR planning and quarterly roadmaps, translating strategy into measurable execution plans.
• Drive discovery, design pilots, validate hypotheses, and ensure engineering resources target the highest-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, data, operations, QA, and other stakeholders to align teams and improve execution.
• Monitor market and industry trends and incorporate external insights into product strategy.
• Coach Associate Product Managers and contribute to product management hiring and team development.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Product Manager delivering high-impact products or solutions.
• Several years of leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with design thinking, customer discovery, product vision, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with aggressive launch timelines and changing priorities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in complex and ambiguous settings.

Nice to have

• Experience in a data-intensive role or a highly analytical background.
• Experience driving product growth, especially through SEO and growth-oriented product strategies.
