Staff Product Manager (Developer Products)

Location: Fully remote; candidates should be located in Europe or ideally within CET ±5 hours. Listed locations include Europe, Ljubljana, Slovenia, Poland, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for developer platform products.
• Shape products including Magic Containers, Database, and Scripting in partnership with engineering and customers.
• Improve onboarding, activation, adoption, pricing, packaging, and positioning across the developer journey.
• Conduct customer engagement and market research to understand developer needs.
• Define success metrics and use product analytics to improve customer and business outcomes.
• Align teams and stakeholders around priorities while balancing long-term initiatives with high-impact improvements.

Requirements

• Experience building products for developers, platform teams, or technical audiences.
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure across compute, storage, and data layers.
• Strong product judgment in complex technical domains and the ability to clarify ambiguity.
• Ability to communicate clearly, simplify complex ideas, and align stakeholders.
• Customer curiosity, adaptability, ownership, and a collaborative approach to product leadership.
• Ability to work within CET ±5 hours for effective collaboration.

• Interest in cloud infrastructure and developer platforms.
• Experience helping a startup transition to scale-up while maintaining team speed and empowerment.
