What you will do

• Lead technical integration discovery across enterprise ATS, Workday, HRIS, SSO, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Design and document data flows, field mappings, source-of-truth decisions, and standard versus bespoke integration approaches.
• Assess technical feasibility, explain available and planned capabilities, and provide clear guidance to customers and prospects.
• Support pre-sales through technical discovery, RFPs, security questionnaires, and integration scoping.
• Translate customer requirements into integration specifications and coordinate delivery with Product Integration Engineering and Implementation.
• Own integration workstreams, identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and create repeatable playbooks and documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering SaaS integrations with enterprise systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, ETL, data and field mapping, SSO/SAML, and HR data flows.
• Confidence leading technical discovery with senior business stakeholders, IT teams, and enterprise architects.
• Experience supporting technical pre-sales, RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical proposals.
• Strong organisation skills for managing multiple concurrent enterprise integration workstreams.
• Adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, and comfort working in a fast-evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAML, OIDC, Microsoft 365, Outlook, or middleware and iPaaS tools such as Kombo or Merge.
• Data literacy or light scripting with JSON, SQL, or Postman.
• Exposure to AI governance, information security, or supplier onboarding.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, including potential international travel.
