What you will do

• Lead consulting projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Identify client needs by monitoring digital industry trends and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
• Analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, card and payment profitability, and P&L drivers.
• Support strategy implementation and business growth for hirify.global’s consulting activities in the Brazilian market.
• Develop scalable consulting playbooks, go-to-market methodologies, and standardized workflows.
• Collaborate with functional teams and the fintech and digital ecosystem to deliver client-centric solutions and promote digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, finance, engineering, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of experience in payments, consulting, strategy, or financial institutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of card and payment P&L and the factors that drive profitability.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization while managing multiple projects.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
