Location: Hybrid role based in Brasília or São Paulo, Brazil, with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Identify and anticipate client needs by monitoring digital industry trends and engaging with stakeholders.
• Lead consulting projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Analyze data, industry trends, and consumer behavior to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s strategy implementation in the Brazilian market and collaborate with functional teams across the organization.
• Develop scalable consulting playbooks, go-to-market methodologies, and standardized workflows.
• Drive digital transformation and incorporate perspectives from the fintech and broader digital ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
• At least five years of experience in payments, consulting, strategy, or financial institutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of card and payment P&L and the factors that drive profitability.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Fully bilingual in English and Portuguese; at least three days per week in the office in Brasília or São Paulo.
