Location: Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid work model and up to 3 remote days per week. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in Europe.

What you will do

• Design and execute change management strategies for strategic and integration projects.
• Drive adoption by aligning teams and stakeholders throughout complex initiatives.
• Provide individual and group coaching to leaders, staff, and senior executives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and balance competing interests.
• Promote change management and coaching services within the internal consulting team.
• Develop methodologies, tools, best practices, and the consulting team in Portugal.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in change management and certified coaching.
• Experience working within or alongside international financial groups.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Existing legal right to work in Europe is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and transformation experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building and developing consulting teams.
• Banking sector experience.
• Additional certifications in project management or leadership coaching.
• Experience with large-scale transformation tools and methodologies.
