What you will do

• Represent existing solutions to an expert degree to consult with clients and sales teams during the sales cycle.
• Coach internal sales partners on client needs analysis and effective solution positioning.
• Develop strategies and tactics to enhance the value of Employer Services solutions in collaboration with Marketing and other functions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on product knowledge, technical requirements, and solution configuration.
• Advise management on customer acceptance and recommend service enhancements based on data and client input.
• Provide ongoing product and technical support to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technology solutions selling.
• Strong preference for experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR-related solutions (e.g., I-9 compliance, WOTC, payroll).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all organizational levels.
