Social Value Coordinator (Green Tech)

Location: Onsite at the Tees Valley ERF project in Middlesbrough, United Kingdom

Salary: £30,000–£33,000 per annum, depending on experience

What you will do

• Coordinate and report on social value initiatives across the construction programme, including local employment, apprenticeships, and skills development.
• Act as the main liaison with the client’s Social Value Officer, local authorities, schools, colleges, and community organisations.
• Support local supply-chain engagement, SME outreach, and Meet the Buyer events.
• Maintain accurate Economic Regeneration and Social Value records and produce monthly performance reports and KPI dashboards.
• Support workforce engagement and industrial relations, liaising with trade unions and contractors when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in social value, CSR, ESG, community engagement, or stakeholder management.
• Strong administration, reporting, and KPI dashboard experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Full UK driving licence required.
