What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver FIA Girls on Track activations across race weeks, acting as the on-site lead for Friday and race-day activities.
- Manage relationships with National Sporting Authorities, the FIA, workshop partners, host city contacts, schools, community groups, and local charities.
- Develop localised community activation plans and coordinate outreach, participant registration, ticket distribution, and event access.
- Manage safeguarding, risk management, HSE compliance, legal waivers, registration platforms, and security requirements for programmes involving minors.
- Coordinate event logistics with Sporting and Event Project Management teams to ensure schedules and site operations run smoothly.
Requirements
- Experience in administration, coordination, or event delivery, ideally involving social impact, sustainability, youth education, or career development programmes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage overlapping timelines during high-pressure event weeks.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders, local community partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Passion for using sport to create positive social change and deliver measurable community impact.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to manage online registration and ticketing systems.
