TL;DR

Demand Planning Specialist (Supply Chain): Delivering accurate SKU-level sales forecasts to shape demand plans and stock decisions with an accent on commercial insight and cross-functional alignment. Focus on translating complex market data into clear recommendations for senior leadership and supporting S&OP processes.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in-office)

What you will do

  • Own and deliver accurate weekly SKU-level sales forecasts for selected vendors and channels.
  • Turn complex data into clear recommendations to inform stock decisions and demand plans.
  • Partner with Commercial, Trading, and Supply Chain teams to align on promotional activity and new product introductions.
  • Present plans and business implications to senior leaders to ensure financial and commercial alignment.
  • Support quarterly deal delivery and financial target forecasting.
  • Lead or contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of demand planning workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a demand planning, forecasting, or analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or similar planning systems.
  • Solid understanding of the S&OP process.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage large data sets and communicate business implications.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Must be available for on-site presence in London for 2-3 days per week.
