What you will do
- Carry out property check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, and pre-leaving inspections.
- Complete inventories, schedules of condition, and inspection reports for deposit service requirements.
- Support compliance with health and safety, fire, and gas regulations.
- Create property marketing content, including photographs, videos, and floor plans.
- Conduct and manage property viewings, collect feedback, and support additional property appointments.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in lettings or property sales.
- Strong understanding of UK residential lettings regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a technology-driven environment.
- Confidence using CRMs, property portals, online communication tools, Slack, Google Meet, and Google Docs.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Giraffe or other 360 cameras.
- Experience with inventory software.
