What you will do

• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate audits, remediation plans, and corrective actions.
• Maintain the internal human rights system (TrusTrace) by managing data, records, and reporting.
• Support human rights due diligence, including risk assessments and investigations.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and share actionable insights with the business.
• Develop supplier guidance, toolkits, and training materials while delivering awareness sessions.
• Engage with external partners, NGOs, and industry initiatives to support the Fashion with Integrity strategy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in human rights, ethical trade, sustainability, ESG, or NGO programs.
• Strong understanding of labour rights, human rights due diligence, and ethical trade standards (e.g., ETI Base Code, ILO Conventions).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support project delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
