Software Design Verification Manager (Automotive)

Annual gross base salary: L 282,000–L 413,600.

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of five to ten software engineers focused on testing software architecture and detailed design.
• Own and manage the Automotive SPICE SWE.5 process across products and projects.
• Define and deploy software component integration and integration test strategies.
• Drive architecture-based integration verification, regression testing, traceability, evidence quality, and audit readiness.
• Manage project resource demands and contribute technical input during RFI/RFQ activities.
• Improve software verification processes toward Automotive SPICE Capability Level 3.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Automotive SPICE process assessment model.
• Experience with C, C++, Python, Embedded Linux, and AUTOSAR.
• Previous experience as a Process Owner, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, complex software systems, and testing across multiple architecture layers.
• Strong communication, coaching, collaboration, negotiation, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and IBM ALM.
