Salary: $220,000–$240,000 base annually

What you will do

• Own quality management for built-in navigation systems across North America.
• Lead software and mapping update rollouts for current and upcoming vehicle programs.
• Oversee connected vehicle services, including server-based routing and live charging information.
• Direct incident handling, reporting, resolution, quality metrics, and KPI tracking.
• Manage navigation and content suppliers and drive continuous improvement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and grow the in-vehicle infotainment organization while strengthening collaboration between North America and Korea.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in automotive technology, with deep exposure to connected vehicles, telematics, navigation, in-vehicle infotainment, or mobility platforms.
• Experience guiding teams that build and maintain automotive software and understanding of hardware-software integration.
• Hands-on knowledge of software quality, testing, and QA processes.
• Ability to work as both a technical lead and a business-oriented product owner.
• Leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and Korea-based headquarters; Korean language ability is highly desirable and nearly essential.
