Location: Hybrid working in Sevenoaks, UK. Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £26,350–£34,800 per year, plus up to £2,000 annual performance-related bonus.

What you will do

• Manage investigations and portfolios of suspect claims from initial referral through final resolution.
• Assess intelligence, claims referrals, and available investigative information to determine appropriate actions.
• Develop investigation strategies and provide clear instructions to investigative service providers.
• Maintain accurate reserves, communications, service levels, and case records in line with procedures and agreements.
• Prevent claims leakage while maximising appropriate savings and repudiations.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of counter-fraud strategies and team quality.

Requirements

• Good understanding of claims handling, including indemnity, liability, credit hire, property damage, first-party, and bodily injury claims.
• Sound technical judgement, portfolio management skills, and strong file discipline.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to work independently with minimal support.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Understanding of intelligence and investigative tools used to validate claims.
• At least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa if applying under that route; applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
