What you will do

• Source high-quality MRO items while ensuring cost reduction, on-time delivery, and quality standards.
• Prepare RFQ/RFP documentation and lead bidding meetings and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate supplier assessments and audits to ensure performance and capacity alignment.
• Manage inventory levels using lean techniques such as Kanban and JIT.
• Maintain supply base data in SAP, including source lists and PIRs.
• Drive process improvements to ensure internal control and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 4-year degree program.
• 3+ years of MRO purchasing experience in electronics, automotive, or electrical industries.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency.
