Supply Chain Operations Administrator

Location: Onsite in Baguio City, Philippines

What you will do

• Compile, validate, organize, and maintain supply chain data for operational reporting.
• Monitor inventory activities, supply chain transactions, records, and operational processes.
• Identify and communicate exceptions, discrepancies, and issues requiring review.
• Maintain documentation and support compliance, audit, and document-retention requirements.
• Coordinate routine communications, follow-ups, meetings, action tracking, and information requests.
• Support process improvements and supply chain initiatives through accurate tracking and organized work systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support or supply chain support.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and records management.
• Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow processes, maintain accountability, and manage operational documentation.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in data monitoring, reporting, or procurement support.
