People & Culture (HR) Operations Specialist MEA

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; the role primarily supports Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

What you will do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, employee records, and HR systems.
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, visa and Iqama renewals, and employment changes.
• Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and coordination with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, Saudization requirements, and government processes.
• Manage HR activities through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and related platforms.
• Maintain accurate HR data, conduct quality reviews, prepare reports, and improve employee processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is required.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad is required.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
