What you will do

  • Manage daily HR operations in compliance with Greek labour law and group governance standards.
  • Handle employment documentation, contracts, and records ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity.
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including probation reviews and contract amendments.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collecting, validating, and auditing payroll-related data.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including private medical insurance and pension plans.
  • Maintain HRIS systems and collaborate with Group P&C teams to optimize workflows and departmental effectiveness.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations within a fast-paced multinational organization.
  • Deep knowledge of Greek labour law and hands-on experience with ERGANI & Ergani II platforms and the Digital Work Card system.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in preparing and auditing payroll-related HR data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/HR platforms.
