What you will do

• Own Level 1–3 technology support for holding employees, triage tickets, monitor queues, and improve turnaround times.
• Delegate appropriate Level 1 and Level 2 tickets to working students while providing guidance and accountability.
• Deliver technology projects such as Chrome OS rollouts, tool consolidation, onboarding improvements, and n8n workflows.
• Consult non-technical stakeholders on existing tools, enablement, application selection, and secure technical solutions.
• Lead AI enablement for employee productivity, including guidance on basic and advanced AI tooling.
• Lead the IC1–IC3 Tech Business Partners assigned to the holding and report opportunities to reduce support demand.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT systems, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with IT support ticketing practices, analysis, technology projects, and small-team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Jamf, Intune, SaaS applications, employee productivity, collaboration, and security.
• Profound knowledge of AI tooling for employee productivity and scripting with HTML, CSS, Apps Script, Python, and Cursor AI.
• Knowledge of office infrastructure, domain management, security-focused operations, cloud infrastructure, and code deployment practices.
• German and English written and verbal communication skills, plus willingness to travel to holding locations in Germany.

• Experience with Zoho CRM.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and code deployment practices.
• Certifications related to mobile device management and mobile application management.
• Relevant IT bachelor's or master's degree.
