Salary: $96,000 – $124,500

What you will do

• Lead macOS endpoint management strategy and Zero-Touch provisioning using Jamf.
• Administer and scale SSO environments and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions via Okta.
• Architect and deploy IAM workflows and RPA strategies to automate cross-departmental processes.
• Maintain Zero Trust security models and ensure compliance with SOC2, HIPAA, and HITRUST standards.
• Act as Tier 2 escalation support for complex IT issues and participate in an on-call rotation (approx. 20% nights/weekends).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Engineer, or senior escalation IT Support.
• Proficiency in Okta SSO configuration, user lifecycle management, and Workflows for automation.
• Enterprise Mac administration experience, with Jamf strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals and Zero Trust concepts.
• Experience designing and implementing repeatable AI-enabled workflows.
• Must be based in the US (excluding specified states).
