What you will do
- Lead architecture and governance for Atlassian Cloud products at an enterprise scale.
- Translate complex business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
- Design advanced Jira reports, high-level dashboards, and customized planning views for leadership.
- Build advanced automations and integrations using REST APIs and 3rd party applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and advocate for Atlassian best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering and scaling Atlassian Cloud systems in a large enterprise or scale-up environment.
- Proven expertise in architecting Atlassian Cloud systems for scale.
- Hands-on experience with Assets (Insight), native automation, JMWE, and ScriptRunner.
- Proficiency with REST APIs and scripting in Groovy, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to steer teams toward sustainable best practices.
- Must be based in Vienna, Austria for hybrid collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with Extension for JSM, EazyBI, and Xray.
