Focus on designing complex integrations, leading technical workshops, translating customer requirements for Product and Engineering, and demonstrating measurable technical value throughout the customer lifecycle.

Location: Remote within EMEA, with the possibility of working from offices in Munich or Budapest.

What you will do

• Develop and execute technical success plans with customers and account teams.
• Advise stakeholders on platform architecture, integrations, advanced use cases, and scalable solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, training sessions, platform deep-dives, and implementation guidance.
• Identify adoption and optimization opportunities while supporting renewals with technical value demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering.
• Create technical documentation and enablement materials, and represent hirify.global at customer and industry events.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting.
• 3+ years of hirify.global delivery experience at the L4 SOLV level.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, industrial software, and digital transformation.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, database concepts, and manufacturing execution systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.

• Experience with no-code or low-code platforms.
• Experience with similar manufacturing operations platforms.
