TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own and nurture relationships with key enterprise accounts to drive long-term value.
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations at the C-level and enterprise decision-maker level.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, and internal teams to ensure customer outcomes.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly performance accurately within a 10% margin of error.
  • Drive revenue growth through successful renewals and expansion of the existing customer base.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales leading enterprise customers.
  • Proven history of hitting and exceeding quota in an enterprise sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of Martech, Ad Tech, or Digital Experience ecosystems.
  • Ability to communicate complex SaaS investment value and ROI to executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales forecasting methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Background in AI, Search, or Commerce technology.
  • Experience working with ISV partners like Shopify.
