Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 (NYC & SF) / 130,000 - 150,000 CAD (TOR)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor for strategic clients on technical topics and performance best practices.
• Develop and execute client strategies in alignment with Customer Success teams.
• Conduct audits of client workspaces to ensure optimal use and configuration.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to identify and drive product enhancements.
• Maintain and enrich the Success Plan offering to uphold industry excellence standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Architecture, consulting, or analytics advisory.
• Ability to build credibility and communicate effectively with stakeholders from platform admins to C-suite.
• Practical curiosity and experience using AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Proven track record of leading multiple parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, New York City, or Toronto

Nice to have

• Experience with EPM modeling.
• Familiarity with finance processes, supply chain, SPM, or Workforce use cases.
• Comfort with data analysis, data flows, SQL, and APIs.
