Technical Account Manager, Success Advisory (AI)

Location: San Francisco, hybrid

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise strategic clients on technical topics, including performance best practices and hirify.global's multidimensionality concepts.
• Partner with Customer Success to build strategies aligned with client roadmaps and challenges.
• Run workspace audits and help industrialize them with AI-assisted tooling.
• Build and enrich the Success Plan offering through repeatable, AI-augmented delivery modules.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to identify opportunities for platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as solution architecture, consulting, or analytics advisory.
• Ability to work credibly with clients ranging from platform administrators to C-suite stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI, experience using AI tools to work more efficiently, and interest in applying them in an advisory context.
• Track record of leading several parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• EPM modeling experience or strong appetite to develop deep expertise quickly.
• Familiarity with finance processes or adjacent use cases such as supply chain, SPM, or workforce planning.
• Experience with data analysis, data flows, and connections using SQL and APIs.
• Experience with AI tools, vibe coding, Claude Code, MCP, solution design, or data architecture.
